The Oriole 3G-SDI Board Camera is a 42x42mm board camera fitted with a 2MP Sony CMOS sensor. It offers 3G-SDI video and comes with an EX-SDI output option that enables the use of longer transmission cables (compared to SDI). The camera supports simultaneous CVBS output and SDI/EX-SDI output.
The board-level camera offers all modern camera features including Real-Time True WDR, Digital Noise Reduction (2D+3D), Privacy Mask Function, Digital Image Stabilization, High Light Compensation, Intelligent Motion Detection, Defog Function, to name a few. The pre-fitted switchable IR filter (see image) supports the Infrared Cut Filter Removal (ICR) feature and provides good day and night vision.
By default, the camera can be controlled by the VISCA serial communications protocol but it can also be controlled using the Pelco – D/P protocol.
A standard M12 lens with a focal length of 3.6mm is included. Lenses with different FOV/focal lengths can be purchased from Active Silicon. If you have any questions, please contact our team or use the enquiry button above.
